When I click play game, the screen freezes, music stops and I then can't actually play Minecraft. Is this a storage error? Because I haven't been able to play Minecraft for nearly two months now.

If this is a description of the error then: When I go on Minecraft, it says syncing user data, loading resource packs and what's new, but then when I click play, the screen freezes before I even have a chance at playing.
