Player Movement Bug

After the 1.14.3 update, when I log onto non featured servers, I cannot see player movements besides their initial location when I logged on / teleported to an area. I don't know what exactly could be causing this issue but it is annoying, extremely. Please note these players are NOT hacking and it is definitely an in game bug because I can hear the players foot steps but cannot see their movement. As you can see within the images I was taking damage while said players were no where near me.
