Over world not loading from nether

so When going into the nether I’ve seen certain chunks not load and then when trying to go back to the over world it will most of the time not load in and just stay at the loading screen and when it does decide to load in parts of the over world will not be loaded in like chunks and I’ve heard this same thing happens with the end dimension
