Seeds are very hard to get in survival. I don't understand.

When you hoe grass, it sometimes drops a seed. If you see one drop but it disappears, break the block you got it from as it fell down below the block. I will report this as a bug.

Please search before making a new report or you'll just be making extra work for us and it will take us longer to fix your issue.

Please provide a (to the point) summary of your problem. Avoid one worded summaries and things like "help!!!".
