People using cheats in MCBe

There is an app on the playstore called Toolbox for mcpe, and it is being used for modding in Minecraft Bedrock edition.
It is very bad, it let's players add fully enchanted items with a press of a button, they can noclip , fly, teleport and give theirself effects, without being operator or creative mode.
It's been out since like 2015, it's recently has been updated for 1.14, and I don't see it getting removed anytime soon, but as a MC map creator it would mean so much if there was a way to make thirdparty apps like this not work for Mcpe, or get it removed from the playstore. It is devastating for you to host a realm or server and then players use it to hack/cheat.
Also, like 5 months ago I reported a bug of people being able to crash world's using duplicated strings of text and skinpack names. It was fixed, but somehow (I do not know how) somebody has figured out a way to do it to my world, and it got crashed. It was the same way, using strings of text maybe they were spamming it or something, anyways it made my game lag, then freeze up but I took a screenshot before the app fully crashed.
