Account error number -9

Bought Minecraft from Google Play. When I launch Minecraft and tap [Sign in] button in the main menu then all I get is a green Xbox loading screen that stays on screen forever. I literally waited for 30+ minutes and nothing happened. The marketplace is also unavailable. App reinstalling and phone reboot doesn't make sense. Hope that this problem can be solved.
