Cant access the Overworld skin (Minecraft Earth Beta) even though I redeemed it

I signed up for the Minecraft Earth beta last year and received the Overworld skin as a reward. I then redeemed it to my Bedrock account and it accepted the code. However, when I check my profile in Bedrock, the skin is not among the available packs. 

I contacted customer support and was told to create a bug report since they are unable to grant me the skin.
