Community raiting

Community ratings in the marketplace store on minecraft are all showing up as no ratings. It will briefly show up as the actual rating until I scroll down to look at the more detailed version, how many in what ever star category, and it will show up as nothing and then if I scroll back up suddenly the rating that was there is now gone. 

Happens on IOS as well.
