blocks placed do not appear to others or after logout/login

What I expected to happen was...:
placed blocks would appear

What actually happened was...:
blocks do not appear on other device while on multiplayer. i've logged out then back in to find blocks not placed and removed from my inventory as if placed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. log on to wifi with other player
2. collect block
3. began to place block
P.S. when building a cube of bricks 50x50x50 some blocks appear at beginning and some at end. random blocks do not appear and sometimes whole structures don't appear at all. it seams i am floating to other player. and sometimes when i'm creating a large flat area of blocks while filling in the center of area some blocks around placed block vanish. this bug effects every type of block
