Vibrating With Controller

Hello, I want to say today I was playing Minecraft with an external controller. Well, the problem is when I break a block, my phone vibrates. I turned off the setting in Touch "Destroy Block(vibrate)" but it still vibrates .I can't show a picture, but can you fix that?
