explosions (TNT and Creepers) are too powerfulls

Tnt and creepers explosions are too powerfull in survival as same as in creative
what i expected was...
A creeper explode next to me and i thought i was gonna die

What actually happened was...:
But instead of die i blew up like 9000 blocks to the air and i landed on a cloud

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ignite a tnt or a creeper next to you
