Unable to update any texture packs on Nintendo Switch. Ongoing for months.

All my texture packs have remained unupdated since early/mid fall of last year. They say in the store that they need to be updated, but when I select the update option nothing happens. My family has 3 different Nintendo Switches with 3 separate copies of Bedrock Minecraft. The issue is persistent accross all copies. Getting really fed up with not getting updates for products I payed for. 3 times. This issue has been reported multiple times before by other users but has, as far as I can find, remained completely unacknowledged by Mojang. How are we even supposed to know if you are working on it if you won't even acknowledge it?
