External Server Editing on Nexus 5 (Android 4.4)

Backspace does not work when editing external servers on 0.7.6 on a Nexus 5 running Android 4.4. There is no way to change the IP address away from 127.0.0.1 without going into /sdcard/games/com.mojang/minecraftpe/external_servers.txt and manually editing it.

I don't know if this is issue is present on other versions of Android (4.3, 4.2.2) on version 0.7.6 since I am only on this phone at this moment.
