Black screen on startup (android 4.0.4

I thought the app would just open normally like other android devices and iOS devices
Device brand: Huawei
Instead the device shows a black screen and I have to go to the home screen and open app to play it
Describe what happened here
I just opened the app. I bought the game as we'll.

3. ... Open app again actually play
