There are no Alex heads in Minecraft

In all the worlds that I have created with\without a special pack, there are no Alex or girl heads as there are Steve or boys head. This bothers me because girls\woman are human beings too! Shouldn’t Minecraft have the heads of Alex or another female next to the Steve head?
