Adding or breaking blocks bug

When I play the game in the 3rd-person back view there is a block choice problem. I mean when I want to add a block to a block or break a block in the third-person view, the game thinks that I'm still playing in the first-person view and I can't break or add them properly. Can you fix it admin, please? It makes the game harder for me because I usually play the game in the third-person view and to be honest I play the previous versions of minecraft 1.12.0.9 (as apk) because of that problem.
