Can not interact with World (350mb Ps4)

Good Day,

there is a Bug that make the World unplayable. I can not interact with the World anymore. When i activate Cheats it goes!! No Door opens, no Brick break, no Animal can hurt. My World is 350 Mb large on Ps4. Please Patch this.
