Problem conecting multiplayer

Hi I wanted to know I can no longer log in from my friends and I can not understand the reason for the bug please could you explain me what to do (game from Xbox One) me and my friends I have the Xbox One is my friends Xbox One but what it shouldn't hit the mark

 

 

Salve e già da tempo che ho sto problema che mi impedisce di giocare con altri di Xbox one e non capisco cosa potrebbe essere (ho già contattato ben 4 volte l'assistenza di minecraft ma non mi hanno risposto) qualcuno mi saprebbe dare qualche consiglio o motivo di Pk non mi fa entrare da certi miei amici?
