⅞Issues with store and skins

Every time I open minecraft, it always fails to load skins. First it was every now and then, now it's every single time. I had three free skins from paid skinpacks (which I suspect may be the issue with loading them) but now it fails to load Steve. STEVE. My partners that I play with have this same issue.

Nowwhen I try to load the store to equip a skin, I can't. It doesn't load. The store loads, and shows me the description, but the skins section is blank, and every blank slot has a padlock on it.

I've tried restarting the game, restarting the PS4, and waiting to see if it loads.
