Disconnection due to world coruption

While using Elytra gliding around in the End my game will stop and go to a screen saying, "Disconnected due to world corruption" "Try reopening the world or restoring from a previous backup." When this happens I have to restart my console. This has happened everyday for the past week and unfortunately when I load my game back up my character has died causing me to lose all my items. Would really appreciate this to be fixed so it won't happen anymore.
