Bug on the starting screen

Hello i am a user who plays MCPE.3days ago,i had a problem that i can not start my game

because when the game was starting it stayed there and out of order soon.

Acutally i could play even though i have no internet ,but in these days i must have it to play the game.

is this right ?? can the users not play game without internet??
