white screen after clicking sign up

The game was logged in a long time ago, however, it was logged off a few days ago. I have no idea why it logged me off. Moreover, when I attempt to log in again, it always opens up a new window that looks like a website, but has nothing on it. The loading sign only flashes for a sec and then it becomes white screen. After tapping cancel on the top left corner it returns to the main menu without logging in. Basicly it goes through a process from image1 to image2 and then back to image1
