The " Minecraft classic skins 2" pack I bought doesn't work with multiplayer. I cannot use those skins in any server, or multiplayer world

I bought some skins from the minecraft store and they don't work with online multiplayer. The skin pack I bought was the "Minecraft classics 2" pack from Minecraft. I have no use for them since I can't play online with them.
