Minecraft Xbox won't sync data
For the past few months minecraft on the xbox one hasn't been working. When I go into the game an xbox message pops up saying "Syncing data for Minecraft" and then it has a loading bar and loads for a while. Then another message pops up saying "Unable to get your latest saved data, try again or use this game or app offline". I tested my internet connection and it said that my internet connection was fine.
I thought this was an Xbox issue, so I asked Xbox customer support and they said to contact mojang.
I tried loading up minecraft on a different profile and that worked fine, but I still can't play it on my main account.
I have have tried doing a hard reset, deleting my local saved data, and deleting the game and reinstalling it.
If I press "Use offline" it brings me to a screen of the background with no menu, it just does an endless 360 view of the background.
I really hope this can be fixed, because I have not been able to play Minecraft at all on that account for the past few months, and that is where all my packs are. I would even be willing to delete my saved data if it means I can play on that account.
Edit: I've tried deleting all my saved data, but that doesn't seem to have deleted anything. I don't know how to actually delete all of it. I'm really desperate to get Minecraft working again. It's been like this for months and I've tried everything. I don't know what to do, I can't find a working Mojang phone number, I sent this to the Minecraft help centre and I haven't gotten a response from that or from this.
