"There was a problem loading this world."

Anytime I try to create a new world or join a friend I get the message, "There was a problem loading this world."  This is not a problem when joining Realms.  This is not a problem on either of my PC's or my Nintendo Switch with the same account.  I have tried reinstalling, switching accounts, and rebooting with no luck and has been like this for a couple of weeks.
