villagers not taking food

When spawning in villagers via commands or with an egg they do not accept food anymore.
I'm pretty sure that villagers do accept food if they where naturally spawned because my villager breeder did work with the first villagers that I transported from a village.

expected result:

after spawning in villagers via commands or an egg they would accept the food I throw at them

 

actual result:

after spawning in villagers via commands or an egg they did not accept my food

 

how to reproduce:

1. make a world, old or infinite it doesn't matter
2. spawn a villagers via commands or an egg
3. give him food

 

what for effect does this bug have on the game:

it ruins most villager breeders
