1.14.1 My friend can't join worlds

Hey guys I'm giving u a quick reminder that two of my friends who plays minecraft with me all the time they can't join my worlds for some reason and I want to find out why they can't bc this is too stupid. Like can u guys fix this issue so this won't bring madness.
