redeem code already redeemed and not downloading mc

I logged into my account since getting a new computer. I was offered the Minecraft windows 10 edition as i purchased Minecraft java before. i redeemed the code and nothing else came it.  I wouldn't let me download it. so I went back to my profile went to redeem it again so I can download the Windows 10 edition and it now says it is already redeemed and I don't know how to download the Windows 10 version now as it will only let me download java edition.
