I can’t login to my Microsoft account, the game keeps crashing

I try to login with my Microsoft account (on bedrock IOS) to get my mash-up pack and my resource packs but every time I try to login, the game crashes. I even try to just modify my character but it crashes too. I have been patiently waiting for a fix, but this has been going on for three days now.
