Zombies catch fire unnecessarily.

If a zombie walks into a two tall fence or wall while it's raining they can sometimes catch on fire. Turning the rain on and off seemed to reset the error since when I turned it off and on again the zombies did not catch fire again, and I have been unable to recreate it afterward.
