Minecraft nintendo switch bug - not connecting to nintendo switch online services

For Minecraft on the Nintendo Switch, it is not connecting me to the Nintendo switch online services, even though I already paid for a 3-month membership. It is not letting me connect to online games such as servers.

It just says that I have not yet paid for the membership even though I have checked that I have paid.  Please help!
