Switch is currently unplayable

My game won't load anymore and whenever I select a world to load it just crashes on me and says that a software error has occurred, also it doesn't let me sign into my microsoft account. It keeps signing me out of my xbox account, and whenever I resign back in using the link it gives me, and I complete the steps on the website it doesn't let me sign in regardless, and it just shows me the same screen regardless of how many times I sign in, so currently I can't use my skins or texture packs and if I do get into a world, it doesn't even load in my characters and says error loading in character models and gives me the default steve or alex. I'm sorry I'm reporting a lot but I just want to be able to play the game that I paid for
