I can't play with friend on Xbox Live

Minecraft PE, friends don't get invited to the world when sending an invitation, and I don't get one either, I don't appear in the "Friends" tab, although it says in the settings that friends can join, when entering their world, the error"could not connect to the world". I use the mobile Internet and am also logged in to Xbox Live
