Bought Master Collection, half of content disappeared

I purchased Minecraft for Windows 10 Master Collection from the Windows store on January 18, 2020, and it worked great the first day, but now the only content showing is from the regular download version. It is missing Winter Mini-Games, PureBDCraft, Pastel Skin pack, Wildlife: Savanna, Minecraft Skin Pack 1, and Relics of Privateers. My daughter now cannot play a game she created without buying again.
