My skin keeps changing to the default Minecraft skins

Whenever I open Minecraft on Windows 10, Xbox One, and iPad, my skin almost always switches to the default skins (which is Steve and Alex). I think this also happens on Nintendo Switch, but I don't know.

Also, on Xbox One and Windows 10 my for some reason my cape on my skin is also taken off, and sometimes when I try to put it back on, it won't let me.

PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!
