All Purchases have disappeared and all minecoins have been erased from my marketplace.

I entered Minecraft and all my data, purchases, including templates and skins, have disappeared. I used to have many Cubecraft maps and The “Way of The Bee” map but all of the maps have been erased and I have tried hitting the restore purchases button on multiple accounts but it did not work.
