Not holding a sign-in, worlds and add-ons disappeared after the iOS bugs on Thursday and Friday.

On Thursday and Friday, I couldn't log in to my Minecraft account. I played without logging in. On Saturday I was able to log in again but the only worlds available were old ones and my gamertag stayed "Steve." The Hotel Resort add-on I had downloaded is also missing. I played again not signed in, figuring there was still a bug. This evening when I logged in again, those old worlds had disappeared and now only the new ones I played while logged off are showing. My add-ones are still missing and my gamer tag still says Steve after I log in. How can I retrieve all my missing worlds and my add-on? Thank you.
