Game Crashed after a Redstone error

I was playing on my world in the process of making a farm and upon connecting a Redstone circuit (that was on) to a dispenser facing upwards into a block, the game suddenly crashed. I thought this was a small issue so rebooted the game and it allowed me to enter the game. I broke the Redstone connecting the dispenser and replaced it not thinking it would happen again but it did.

I now have the issue that my world save data is corrupted and I can no longer get onto it to even fix the issue.

if only I didn’t break and replace the Redstone it would be okay. I’ve heard waiting for a new update to release can fix some errors so if there are Redstone fixes sometime soon it may fix my world.
