Get the error - Cannot join world the account you are signed in to is currently playing in this world on a different device - on LAN

My wife was logged in to her windows account on my pc, then I switched to my account and she tried to join from another pc and got this error message. It only happens on the world she played on on my pc; she's able to join other worlds and the Realm just fine.
