Not working on IOS anymore

Hi i bought that game 4-5 days ago, i played for 1-2 days but then it starts to freeze on loading screen or in main menu, i paid 50 TL to that crappy application and i want my money back. Pls let me know how to refund my money?

 

I also tried deleting and installing the game again and again, nothing changed. Also i have the latest IOS version.
