My worlds have all been deleted

I had an issue with loading my minecraft app on my iPhone 7, it would keep crashing when I would connect to wifi, or just crash in general at the Mojang screen, then I reset my app, after reading a fix from minecraft and now all my worlds are deleted..

the initial issue read:

global resources reset, resources failed to load 

how do I get my worlds back on my iPhone, would be very disappointed if I lost them all due to this issue that I tried fixing from a known fix ticket.
