Can't open, crash and freeze

Since 2 days, i can't play at all.
For a day, it was freezing in game after a while.
I've uninstalled/reinstalled, deleted the and regenerated the XBLstoage.json file.
It still won't work.
Now it won't launch, or freeze in the menu, 

I hope as well I will not lose my profile and realm (cause, yes, i have a paid subscription to REALM... So am paying for nothing right now)
