Can’t sign in to Xbox account

Hi, I can’t sign into my Xbox account. It works for my boyfriend on his pc. But when I try on my iPad iOS isthme screen freezes while trying to sign me in. Then it crashes and after that I can’t even pass the loading screen. I have tried deleting the app over 20 times. I have restarted my iPad and everything. Nothing seems to work
