Not loading/ won't let you sign into Microsoft account

To load into Minecraft you have to delete a file in the games code called XBL.Stoage.json and when you get in it still won't let your sign in no matter what when you press sign it it just disappears. It also doesn't let you play at all, it's completely broken, I'm using an iPad Air 3 and after deleting the game multiple time sit doesn't help.
