Minecraft frizzed upon login

Tried to reinstall
Tried to clear cache
Tried to remove files from local memory
Tested account from Xbox app (it works)
1) I can't clear users data from settings
2) I cannot switch user
It doesn't matter where I login, the result is always the same: frizzed app (see image example).
