Crash and loss of progress

Good evening! Minecraft on my iPad didn’t even load so I uninstalled it. After installing it again it didn’t work either. Then, I downloaded it on my phone. I logged in and none of my worlds were there. Could u guys please fix the iPad issue and somehow give me my worlds back?
