Minecraft Pocket edition won't load 1.14.1

When I open Minecraft, signed in to Xbox live it loads up the loading screen and then freezes and won't do anything at all. I force quit it and tried several times eventual deleted the app and it loaded but then, after I signed in to Xbox live it stopped working again. Please fix so me and my friend can play together again
