WHEN i go on minecraft PE, it starts to load, Then it stops. and when it loads, i go play on FunWorld. then a couple seconds it FREEZES

when i start to play minecraft. it starts to load. then after a couple seconds, it stops loading,  bet when it fully LOADS i go to play FW. (name is PetriMB) then a couple moments later.... IT FRICKEN FREEZES and i go to join back, the next thing u know...
IT FREEZES THE DAM SCREEN!

then i try relogging multiple times. it keeps doing that
