Log on to world and the app completely freezes, leaving you to comepletely close the app and rejoin just to have the same thing happen

Soooo i log on to minecraft and join my survival world and it lets me play for a bit, but then the app completely freezes leaving you having to completely close the app then rejoin just for it to happen again.
