Minecraft PE Edition freezes up in loading screen after using the same Microsoft account on the pc version.

After using the same account on my pc my mobile version of Minecraft cannot load up the starting page of Minecraft.

i have reinstalled the application twice and also restarted my phone. 

2nd bug is that i can not install maps which I download from the internet since I can’t push the option: import to Minecraft.
